Frequently Asked Questions

Q:    What should I do after receiving a DWI?

A:     Contact us immediately.

In association with a DWI arrest and prosecution, there are two cases, one being an administrative case versus the Texas Department of Public Safety for the suspension of your license.  You have a limited amount of time to contest the suspension of your license that is why is it imperative to contact us to preserve and exercise your rights.

The other case associated with a DWI is your main criminal case out of either a county court or district court depending on if it is a first, second, or third DWI offense.
